MKC TOOLS Mark V SPT Adapter Here's an idea for a SPT adapter for the 10ER using the current Mark V SPT mounting base. This a standard SPT mounting stand with a 3/4" plywood base and two (or you could use 4) 2" u-bolts to hold it to the way tubes. Slip some clear rubber tubing over them to protect the way tubes. For jointer operation you would need a 5" pulley to the motor shaft adapter. This was designed and tested for belt drive from the motor. This set up works good for the jointer but uses some way space so you would have to remove it for turning longer spindles.
